Exceptionally comfortable and absolutely great hotel, just what we had in mind.

everything was perfect, nevertheless we stayed for 2 nights only. all the staff were perfect and great giving some tips about the city. our a double room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. the location was comfy and great, at a short distance from regional museum.

My recent stay at Seraphine Plaza was outstanding. The comfortable and spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, offering great value for money. The location was perfect, and the friendly hotel staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The ladies at the reception were especially warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The presence of a kettle with tea and coffee in the room was a pleasant surprise. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as complicated light controls and smoking area management, I would still highly recommend this hotel. my experience at Seraphine Plaza was excellent.
